Made these cuppies last Sunday for my office mate (Fauziah) – she brought these to her daughter’s nursery yesterday.. Hope they enjoyed it!
Semperit Badam (Jai)
Hari Ahad lepas, w/pun big M dok menenggek atas kepala, tapi disebabkan dah TERbancuh adunan ni, maka terpaksa la jugak ‘layaaan’… it wasn’t supposed to look like this i think! Semperit kan selalunya bunga or bentuk rectangle bergerigi atas dia (guna acuan nasta).. mak aiii, susahnya nak describe! Ini kes dah tak kuasa layan badam dia yg sangkut2 kat acuan tu yg last2, tekap2 je dgn acuan love ni.. Sepatutnya guna badam kisar, but since too lazy utk keluarkan food processor dari almari, sanggup tumbuk guna lesung batu je.. but malas nak tumbuk halus..
So, inilah hasilnya.. dari segi rasa, emmm boleh la.. tho tak boleh lawan Badam Intan nampaknya.. But agaknya kalau betul2 buat SEMPERIT, maybe lain sket kot rasa dia.. entahlah, dah malas dah!
Lastly thanks to Jai (RN) yg share resepi ni.. at least dah tambah koleksi “Tried Recipes”.
Sutera Layered Cake
Last Saturday, i attended a very cheap yet informative class for this Layered Cake (called Batik Sutera or something..) conducted by Community College which only cost me RM14!!. Tho i’m sooo not familiar with Kajang area and with hubby not around to drive me there (which almost drive me crazy of thinking of getting lost!), alhamdulillah, i managed to find my way with ease, i would say!
The class started at about 9am and ended around 1pm and i was surrounded with friendly friends, some familiar faces i’ve known from ResipiNet. All in all, i enjoyed the class very much and we’re planning to have another one soon (i hope!).
I don’t have the group photo here b’coz i forgot to bring my camera. Perhaps would get a copy for Lynn Sham later.
Neeway, the cake was soo good (tho i think it’s a lil too sweet). Nevertheless, whoever got the chance to taste it said the same!
Happy Father’s Day
Hari ni mood tulis in bahasa plak.. Cuppies kat bawah ni buat especially untuk celebrate Father’s Day.. rasanya only next week kan? tapi my kakak ipar nak buat yesterday (supposedly)… tapi sampai ke malam hujan tak berenti.. so, agak susah nak kumpulkan semua fathers yg ada w/pun jarak rumah masing2 cumalah beberapa steps perjalanan jek.. hehehhe.. tu yg bagusnya dok dekat2 tu.. So i guess postpone ke tonite la kot..
I’m sure bapa2 yg terlibat tak baca my blog, so they wouldn’t know apa yg akan berlaku nanti.. hehehhehe.. ni anak-anak nak ‘mengerjakan’ bapak masing2 la ni.. so, cuppies yg kat bawah ni utk makan-makan…
Cuppies yang kat bawah ni pulak sengaja bagi extra buttercream, lagi banyak lagi best kata bebudak tu.. utk dibuat masker kat muka father masing-masing.. hehehhehehe..
hmmm, notty betul ek bebudak zaman sekarang ni.. nanti kalau sempat saya snap muka2 yg penuh dengan buttercream tu, saya postkan kemudian ek.. hehehhehe..
Anyway, utk semua bapa2 khususnya yang kat umah tu – abah Mohari, Lan, Amin, Megat, Is, Zam & tak lupa pada Angah, “Selamat Hari Bapa”.. We love you!
